Unwind at our welcoming and comfortable Café where you can enjoy a coffee and a bite to eat. Choose from a selection of hot and cold drinks including tea, cappuccino, smoothies plus more as well as an array of crisps and confectionary snacks. To accompany a beverage we also have cakes and pastries including brownies, millionaire shortbread, croissants plus more.

Café opening times:
Monday to Friday: 3:45pm to 7pm
Saturday & Sunday: 11:45am to 4:30pm
Our café uses 100% Arabica, Grade 1, hand-picked coffee beans in our Rijo42 hot drinks machine. In support of our environmental commitment to maintain a fitter future, our cafés also use the world’s most eco-friendly disposable cups, which you can deposit for recycling in our centre recycle bins.
Our convenient Café is the perfect place to relax and refuel after an intense workout or a swimming lesson.
Our café is open to the public - even if you are not a member you can come visit us for a coffee and a light bite.
