Holme Pierrepont Country Park shortlisted twice at Nottinghamshire Tourism Awards
Holme Pierrepont Country Park, home of the National Water Sport Centre, has been shortlisted in two different categories at the Nottinghamshire Tourism Awards!
The awards are an annual event that celebrates excellence across Nottinghamshire's tourism, leisure, culture, and hospitality. There are 14 award categories in total, including Pub of the Year, Hotel of the Year, and B&B and Guest House of the Year. Holme Pierrepont Country Park has been named as a finalist in two categories: Camping, Glamping and Holiday Park of the Year and Visitor Attraction of the Year.
Our Commercial Manager, Sean Cummings said: “2025 is going to be a big year at Holme Pierrepont Country Park, home of the National Water Sports Centre, as we continue to offer not just days out, but weekends away, offering activities and accommodation options to fit every budget.
“I am so proud of our team and the work they do to ensure this impressive facility is a welcoming and fun place to visit for families, thrill-seekers and water sport enthusiasts, both in Notts and further afield.”
Away from camping, glamping and staycations, Holme Pierrepont Country Park is home to a range of family activities which makes it one of the go-to destination sites in the region. From Sky Trail to Mini Land Rovers on land, right through to Kayaking and Rafting on water, there's something for all tastes.
We’ll find out if we’ve won any awards on March 20th 2025, during a ceremony at the East Midlands Conference Centre.
