My email address is wrong on my account, who do I contact?
If you have tried to reset your password as per the guidance and have not received an email, In the first instance check your junk folder. If you still haven’t received an email it could be likely that your contact details aren’t correct on your account. If this is the case please email your HP number and the correct email to nwscreception@serco.com.
This is the same process if we haven’t got an email address for you already.
I wasn’t able to log in so created a bookings account
If you have created a Casual Booking Membership and have a paid membership with a HP number already, please email nwscwhitewater@serco.com the team will unlink your booking account and get your membership account set up correctly on the system.
6 Month Advanced Memberships/Season Pass

I have children with memberships using my email account OR I have accidentally linked my Boat Storage HP number
Unfortunately, the system cannot have two accounts linked to one email address, if this is the case you’ll need to provide a second email address to book for the other membership. If you have accidentally linked to another membership account, please email nwscreception@serco.com and a member of the team will assist you in setting up the correct account so you may book sessions.
How come I can’t book sessions more than a week in advance?
Our system allows you to see a timetable which shows sessions 30 days in advance and you can book a slot up to 7 days in advance. This is a temporary measure that we have put in place to be able to monitor the sessions better whilst our members get used to the system. This also means that sessions will have a better chance of having availability for everyone.
I am a coach looking to book a session for my clients on the water, what is the process?
