Yoga Unite your breath with your body offering a variety of poses accessible to all levels of yoga practitioners. Classes will include building strength in the core, balance in the body, as well as increasing flexibility and range of motion. Calm your mind, feel alive and revived.

Circuit Training Circuit classes are high energy and fast-paced workout that can help tone your body, shed fat and involves moving your way around different exercise stations performing each exercise as many times as you can in a set amount of time, with rest periods between or at the end of each full circuit completion.
